Smart Overlap Walls, Extra-Thick Floor and Traditional Apex Roof
The walls are constructed from 7mm overlap cladding, which allows for the natural movement of the timber over the changing seasons and ensures excellent rainwater runoff. These overlap boards are straight cut, giving them a much smarter finish than standard overlap cladding.
The extra-thick 14mm solid wood floor is 40% thicker than standard shed flooring! It is supported by pressure-treated bearers, which provide a further layer of protection against rot-causing ground moisture. The roof is built from tough 8mm OSB and fitted with a green mineral-felt cover for complete weatherproof protection. It comes with a traditional apex design, smooth-planed barge boards and diamond-shaped finial, nicely rounding off the shed’s exceptionally attractive appearance.
Secure Door and Shatterproof Glazing
You can access this shed via a single door, which can be installed in different positions, and hung for a left or right-hand opening – the choice is yours. Ledged and braced for extra strength and to prevent dropping/ movement, this door is fitted with hidden security hinges plus a padlock-ready hasp & staple plate, giving you peace of mind that your valuable tools are safe (padlock not included).
Once inside, you’ll find the high roofline allows plenty of headroom, along with the chance to store taller items. The PET-glazed window provides plenty of natural light – perfect if you’re storing important equipment or working on DIY projects. Far more secure than conventional glass, this window is completely shatterproof, made from recycled materials, and will neither discolour nor fade over time. The Lean To
The lean to is designed with 2 slatted sides, while the floor and roof are built from the same premium materials as the rest of the shed. This lean to provides you with more invaluable garden storage space. Although perfect for use as a logstore, there’s nothing to stop you utilising it for any of your other outdoor storage requirements too.
